How do I actually CONTACT WordPress?
Why can’t I find a way to contact WordPress support? the fact that they hide contact information and force us to go through “the community” is bad customer service. There’s no email address, no contact telephone… I understand they don’t want to be inundated with questions that they answer too frequently–but if it’s a financial question, I’m not going through the “community”.

The blog I need help with is jeromestueart.com.
if it’s a financial question, they’ll see it here and contact you privately.
thanks! If I could erase this question I would—wordpress is a good place, just a frustrating one to find contact info. I think this issue has been resolved.
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Dashboard > Store > Billing History
If you wish to contact Staff about the charges you see on your statement, please use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed):
The prices of all upgrades are found by accessing the links to specific upgrades here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/topic/upgrades/
The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options.
Hello Word Press,
Does the Word Press Moderator expect bloggers to ignore personal attacks? I think the Moderator will agree that 99.9% of my posts are polite and friendly, but in response to personal attacks against myself, I’m quite capable of retaliating.
This happened tonight on http://james-mcwilliams.com/?p=2138. Not only were the attacker’s comments and my replies removed, but now my posts won’t go through. I assume Word Press removed them, and I can understand that, but I don’t think I should be suspended for defending against verbal attacks.
Thanks for your clarification.
That site is not being hosted WordPress.com. The blogger has the right to post and/or remove any comments he or she wishes to. Please read this so you know that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and posting here is an exercise in futility. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Just to be crystal clear about this WordPress.com Staff did not suspend you from posting to that self hosted site. The site owner suspended you and it’s his prerogative to do as he wishes on his site.
Thank you, timethief.
“Why can’t I find a way to contact WordPress support? the fact that they hide contact information and force us to go through “the community” is bad customer service. There’s no email address, no contact telephone” YES! Its very annoying. Especially when you want someone responsible to deal with.
I just want to contact wordpress direct to draw their attention to this site http://cheryl1980.wordpress.com/2012/09/29/hello-world/comment-page-1/#comment-36 which is marketing what I consider to be a spamming tool targeting wordpress users (Traffichacks) and I’d like to see it banned or blocked.
sadly because I could find no way to communicate privately with wordpress I must use this forum and thus unfortunately further publicise the site in question
Thank 1tess you for directing me to appropriate location. I feel much happier now I have now been able to report the blog (spammers)that so annoyed me.
hi, how do i contact wordpress about my blog? My word ads have gone blank and I have no idea why, or how to get them back
If you do a simple forum search for “WordAds” you’ll see lots of other people are having the same problem. I believe there are suggestions in those threads.
