How do I auto renew a website. There is no auto renewal option.

  1. There is no Auto Renewal option on the website under Store, My Upgrades.
    Blog url:

  2. Auto-renew has already been enabled on both of your domains. It looks like you did this when you purchased them initially.

  3. My daughter got an email saying the website would expire in December. The domain is:

The .net version has an auto renewal option, but we don't care about that site. We are concerned about the .com site. Last year it expired and we spent weeks getting the domain back and paid $90.

  4. is not under your account. You'll need to be logged in as the owner of the domain to enable auto-renew.

  5. I created the site for my daughter and have been paying for the site since inception. But I have a new credit card number and have to edit the information. How do I make myself the "owner"? Is Laura Hauben the owner? She has never used WordPress. I always do it for her.

  6. Yes, the user who's username includes "laura" did purchase the domain, so that user needs to enable auto-renew.

Alternatively, that use could leave a reply here requesting that i transfer ownership of the upgrade to your account.
