I have just purchased The WordPress Upgraded account. I would not like to keep this upgrade. I just purchased it a few hours ago and have not installed it yet. Please help me on how to do this refund.
    Thank you.

The blog I need help with is fairmountbrewing.com.

    See http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/#canceling-a-bundle

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds

Note: The refund can take 1-2 weeks to post back to your account.

Ok, so to get to this “Store” tab to cancel, so I have to load my WordPress onto my hosting site? Is there a way to do it without the hassle of installation?

This has ZERO to do with installation. What is the URL of the blog starting with http:// that you purchased this upgrade for?

    http://fairmountbrewing.com/ is a WordPress.ORG install on godaddy

It looks like you have purchased domain mapping for – fairmountbrewing.com for your WordPress.COM blog – fairmountbrewing.wordpress.com

You need to be logged into fairmountbrewing.wordpress.com (you account here actually) to cancel you upgrade package

You are asking about two different accounts with two different blogs
