How do I change my primary domain?

I’d like to change my domain from http://kassandrahansen.wordpress.com to http://mskassarole.wordpress.com. I can only find how to change your domain from a .wordpres.com to a .com, but nothing about changing from one .wordpress.com name to a different name, but having it remain .wordpress.com.
The blog I need help with is kassandrahansen.wordpress.com.
