By design, blog posts are displayed in reverse chronological order. Whilst you can’t change this per se, you can bump a post, or posts to the top of your front page by making them “sticky” posts. You can make a post a sticky post when you create it, or, you can go back and edit a post from Posts in your dashboard by clicking on the title of the post in question.

Alternatively, you could consider editing the dates of your posts such that they display in the order you’re looking for, but this could become cumbersome rather quickly.
