Hello Karolina,
You can customize fonts by Adding Custom CSS. However, you need to have an upgraded WordPress.com plan in order to have this option.
If you’re not yet ready to upgrade, you may opt to choose a different theme that will match the style you want – https://wordpress.com/themes
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi Rose, thanks for your response. I have a business plan which I believe should allow me to add custom CSS, correct?

Hello @karolina1111,
Yes, Business plan will allow you to add custom CSS. :)
May I know the URL of the website, you want to customize. I can probably help you with the CSS code.

If you use this for your css it should change your H1’s from capital to lowercase
h1 {
text-transform: lowercase;
} -
@karolina1111: If you can point us to specific text on your site that’s appearing in all caps, then we’ll be happy to help with specific CSS. :)
I also wanted to make sure you’re aware that, as a WordPress.com Business owner, you have access to prioritised support which you can access via our contact form here:

Thanks!
