How do I enable the carousel image gallery on my home page?
I am working with the Sight theme and I can’t seem to get the carousel slideshow to work on my home page. I have enabled it under media settings and I have set a featured image for all my posts. How can I get the carousel gallery on the front page. Please advise.
The blog I need help with is thespiels.wordpress.com.
Here’s information from Sight’s Theme Showcase Page:
Sight displays up to 30 of your latest sticky posts that have featured images in a prominent slider on the front page. To add a post to the slider, mark it as sticky and give it a featured image.

@justjennifer–Thank you for your help! Clearly I am very new to blogging. Do you happen to know if you can adjust the background colour of the sticky?
I, too, am having problems with the Sight theme’s featured slider. It states:” To add a post to the slider, mark it as sticky and give it a featured image.” I have done both of those things and I am not seeing the image on the front page. It doesn’t show until you click on Read More. Obviously I am doing something wrong, but I can’t figure out what. Help please? The blog I am working on is called: wertheplan.wordpress.com
Thank you for your assistance!
That’s my point. I try to put in pictures and they don’t show on the home page. Usually, you can see them if you click to read more…but nothing is showing on the home page.
