how do i get a refund for an upgrade?

  1. The support says I can get a refund directly from my Dashboard, but I can't find where to do this.

  2. We offer a 30-day refund period for most of our upgrades. To request a refund, please contact us again using the contact form, but this time choose to send a private request (should the option present itself).

  3. Note that you can also cancel and request a refund under Upgrades in your Dashboard - click on Cancel and Refund next to the upgrade you want to cancel.
