How do I get a refund on my bundle?

    I’m trying to cancel my bundle and get a refund, but a pop-up window says I can’t get a refund as it has been more than 30 days since i purchased the bundle. However, it’s actually only been 5 days. What do I do?

    Hi there, I’ll be glad to help you with this.

    Would you like to cancel your domain as well, or would you like to keep that and cancel the rest of your bundle? You could then either point the domain to another host, or 60 days after purchase, you could also transfer the domain to a different registrar, if you prefer.

    If you’d like me to cancel everything, including the domain, please reply back to confirm. Just a heads-up that you may not be able to re-register the domain name again if you go this route.

    Either way, I would be able to issue a $73 refund, which is $99 minus $26 for the private domain. Domains are only refundable for up to 48 hours after purchase.

    Also – if you wouldn’t mind taking a screenshot of where you’re seeing the “more than 30 days” message on your account so we can get that fixed, I’d really appreciate it.
