how do i get a thumbnail to appear when i refer to my blog on facebook?

if i reference the blog on facebook, no thumbnail appears. i have also used the share button on the front page of the blog and again, no thumbnail….please help!
The blog I need help with is everythingbaby1.wordpress.com.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
