how do i get my blog page the way it was before tonight?

    i accidentally trashed my blog page. when i restored it, it was an old page, and i lost all my blog posts. you used to be able to scroll down my blog page and choose from my posts. now only some outdated version of my content is there & you can’t scroll down and see the 1st part of my posts. HELP! no one will be able to find my articles. how can i get it back to what it was ASAP?
