How Do I Get This On My Blog?

  1. How can I get the following code on my blog? (It's a PayPal donate button.)

    <form action="" method="post">
    <input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_xclick">
    <input type="hidden" name="business" value="[email redacted]">
    <input type="hidden" name="no_shipping" value="2">
    <input type="hidden" name="no_note" value="1">
    <input type="hidden" name="currency_code" value="USD">
    <input type="hidden" name="tax" value="0">
    <input type="hidden" name="bn" value="PP-DonationsBF">
    <input type="image" src="" border="0" name="submit" alt="Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!">
    <img alt="" border="0" src="" width="1" height="1">

  2. Searching the forums for paypal and form might help. :)

    Paypal is allowed but the form verson of the link isn't because forms are stripped due to security concerns.

  3. Sorry, but I didn't find anything that helped. All I want is one of those PayPal buttons on my blog. :(

  4. You have to find a different version of the button in order for it to work. A non-Form version. There are some around, so search the Paypal site for them.

  5. I think raincoaster's got a good idea. You can find a non-form version of a paypal button on the net and upload it into a text widget.

  6. then how can you use the link to your paypal acct when using a non-form version? I was going to add a page that has it on it with donate as the tab. whaddya think?

  7. I think you should contact staff for a definitive answer by using a feedback form.

  8. The paypal info can be found in this thread. It really needs to be added to the FAQ since the question comes up so often.

  9. Thanks a lot Vivian. The thread did not have a helpful title and I have now tagged it with "paypal button code" and cross-referenced it to the other thread.

  10. Thread in question has been retagged as Paypal and button.
