How do I "manually renew" my pro bundle? ("renew" button missing!)

  1. My credit card on file with has expired, so I got an email saying I needed to manually renew my pro bundle, which links to the "My Upgrades" page.

    On the support page ( there is a button in the screenshots that says "Renew now" but that button is *not* shown on My Upgrades.

    How can I proceed?

    Thanks so much! It turns out that I had *registered* the blog with an account other than the one I usually administer it with. All set!
