How do I receive a refund for a subscription renewal I did not authorize>

    I need a refund for a subscription renewal that I didn’t authorize and was unaware of.

    When you purchase any upgrade other than a premium theme which is the only one time purchase, then you purchase a subscription.

    You can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew
    You can also request a refund



    Hi thanks for your reply. I’ve tried all that you suggested but cannot get in contact with anyone from customer service. I am very dissatisfied with the service or better yet lack of service I’ve received.

    It looks like you enabled auto-renew when you initially purchased this.

    I have canceled and refunded it as requested.
