Thank you, timethief, I’ll try it!
I just signed up for a wordpress blog site today. I must say it is not easy for me to figure out. I don’t even see an easy way to post a new message after I write one! And editing one seems like torture. I will sure need to read your tips on how the site works. Just for instance, I have no idea what the words next to this window mean. “Allowed markup: a blockquote code em strong ul ol li You can also put code in between backtick(`) characters). What? Is this a foreign language! LOL

I suggest you work step by step through the learn WordPress.com tutorial which was prepared by Staff for new bloggers. It’s also linked to on the bottom of your Admin page.
Yes, I can see it has to be a learning experience! I just wish it could be simpler to navigate. Thanks again for helping me.
The key to success is not to feel any sense of urgency at all. Remember it’s the tortoise that actually crosses the finish line. If you want to you can set your blog to private and then make it public when you are ready to do that.
Very sound advice. I’ll study as I have time.
