How do you refund an update when you have deleted your blog

Dear WordPress,
I accidentally deleted my blog joelwatt.wordpress.com . I was trying to change the blog post front page to a static page for a website. Unfortunately it seems to have deleted the upgrade I purchased the night before (Transaction ID: 23B58287EM694553R) . I cant see any evidence of the upgrade on my account details that still function. If I can’t use this upgrade I would like to get a refund. Please advise.

Hi there,
I was able to successfully restore your deleted blog. Please note that this is usually not possible, and there are many clear warnings throughout the deletion process.
Be very careful with that delete button in the future!
