I am at a delima between the benfits of having unique content to help my SEO rankings so people find me naturally vs the benefits of having my content exposed to more people because those sites have much higher traffic?

    Any thoughts or experiences?

FYI I am using as a blogging platform.

You can also ask those who use your syndicated material to use the noindex meta tag to prevent search engines from indexing their version of the content.

All Word-press blogs have multiple built-in feeds. Th syntax is well known and and we cannot prevent anyone from subscribing to those feeds on a public blog.
