  adding a new theme purchased from theme forest and being hosted with Go Daddy. Unable to access my wp-admin page.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum. This forum is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM.

  If it turns out that you are referring to another free hosted WordPress.com blog, then be aware that there is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install any third party themes. The only themes we can use are found here > Apperance > Themes and that’s it.
