Hello! I need your help. How can I add a statistic script from other site? They gave me the code an said to paste it before “</body>”. I have no idea where it could be. Please help me.
    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is greencar.md.

We do not have access to the underlying theme files, so you will not be able to add the code. Also, most of that code is typically javascript, which is not allowed here due to security concerns. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

Here are a couple blog posts by timethief that tell you what is available for wordpress.COM:

Can I use it in wordpress.org? I didn’t knew that there is .com and .org.
I read on the wordpress.org that I can costumize everything there, thats true?
    3) If yes, is there a way that I can upgrade from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, because I already bought a domain name for my blog.

Yes, with a self-hosted blog you will be able to hack whatever you want (with all the good points and bad points that implies). There is no “upgrade” you can buy. What you have to do is to buy yourself a domain name, hire a web hosting company, download, install and configure the wordpress software, then upload any themes and plugins you want to use and transfer over any blog stuff from here. You will be responsible for all installations, all upgrades, all backups and all troubleshooting. If something goes wrong, you will have to fix it.

Figure an average total monthly cost for all that of $10 to $25 depending on your bandwidth and storage requirements.
