I understand there is no social book-marking for worpress.com but is there a way to add social bookmarking buttons without using the plugins? Maybe by placing the links into body of the blog?
Maybe a simple java script or a third party that would handle the book marking for wordpress,
Like socialmarker.com

Plugins make life wonderfull and encourage others to go to wordpress.org to download and install on ther own server. BUT you could make it available for us wp.com fanclub members to be able to do it but it would be just dificult to do and have the same effect, catch my drift?
