I’m trying to add the geopress plugin to my wordpress blog and I can’t figure it out. I have found some instructions on adding plugins but the instructions I can find refer to menu items that I don’t have in my admin view. Example http://codex.wordpress.org/Image:plugins.png I don’t have the “plugins” menu option.
I’ve only just setup my wordpress blog so I don’t know if it’s something I need to upgrade to or if it’s no longer possible.
Any suggestions much appreciated. My goal is to be able to plot different locations with updates for each location and unless I’ve missed something geopress seems to do this… help much appreciated.
If you’ve set up your blog on your own server and downloaded the software from wordpress.org, then you should go to: http://wordpress.org/support/
If you’ve set it up here at wordpress.com, then you can’t install your own plugins since this is a shared ‘environment’, meaning that all of us who have a blog at wordpress.com share the same software.
