How to change / remove footer text

  1. How do I remove / edit following text at bottom of my page?

    Although the Custom Design Upgrade certainly grants you the capability to hide the credit from your site’s footer, you are not permitted to do so. Even our VIP bloggers are required to maintain the credit.

    No your cannot remove the tiny smiley face from your blog. It's an indicator that your stats are being recorded.

    You're welcome. As you are bew to I'd like to point out some useful links. On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the Learn blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. The support documentation is all found at the Support link which is also on the bottom of your Admin page. The search box at the support link provides results from both forum threads and support documentation and I used it to find the answer to your question

  9. Technically, there IS a way to get rid of the smiley face, but if you do that you will not get any stats.

  12. To change the blog name and tagline, go to Settings->General.

    That's how the theme works.

    Powered by WordPress is linked. Sometimes it is but there are other indicators as well. Why do you ask?
