I see how to change header images, logo, site badge, but CANNOT find how to change the round icon image that is above the site name on the homepage. It has been there since I first started working on my site and I cannot change. It is a weird pink and white geometric picture? Please help!

The blog I need help with is workatommom585207338.wordpress.com.

Op and I just figured it out… that is the default profile image, eh?

DAMMIT I changed my profile image and I’m still just seeing this pink and white geometric shape. What?!

Oh my goodness. Someone needs coffee. I see now what I did there…

Sorry about that – we are working on fixing the logo shape in Independent Publisher 2, thanks for your patience.

Actually, yours is a different issue. If you don’t want a circular graphic, go into your Customizer‘s Theme Options panel and remove your email address there. You can then upload your logo in the Site Identity panel’s logo area.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks, I had the same problem and was going crazy about it!

It’s a rather bizarre issue, could never have found the solution by myself :/

I also cannot remove the weird circle graphic at the top of the page. I don’t want to change the graphic. I just want it to go away.

bonneradavis – as I mentioned above, if you don’t want a circular graphic, go into your Customizer‘s Theme Options panel and remove your email address there.
