how to delete a blog that doesn't show up in my dashboard
Back in 2006, I created a blog at http://kingalfred.wordpress.com/ as part of a course I was teaching. I believed I had either deleted this blog or made it private, but today when I was vanity-googling, it popped up (I’m pretty sure it didn’t used to show up when I googled myself, but I haven’t done so for at least a few months). The project as conceived didn’t work out as I had planned, and the blog contains student work I’d rather not have public (not that it’s bad, it’s just not mine). So I’d really like the blog deleted. I can log in to a wordpress account, and I assumed it was the one I had used to create the blog. However, the blog doesn’t show up in the dashboard, which means either something is wrong, or I used a different account for which I no longer remember the username/password. If it was a different account, it is probably associated with the e-mail address I had during that job, to which I no longer have access.
So: how do I go about deleting the blog/getting it deleted? Thank you so much!

Also, quick update: I think I must have used an old account to create this blog, because the one under which I’m now posting was created after the date on which the blog I wish to delete was created (if that makes any sense). Thanks!

this is the log-in for that blog – and yes if it is not on your current Dashboard then you created it with a different account.
PS – the supportbot means well but sometimes it misses a link – the limits of an automated message.

So it seems I need to find out how to get access to an old account, probably associated with a defunct e-mail address? (I have tried variations on my usual usernames and passwords, but am drawing a blank since I haven’t thought about this since 2006.) I do know what the address was, though it’s no longer valid.
