How to delete 'Filed under' and 'Tagged as' beneath my posts?

  1. Hi there.
    How can I delete the two words 'Filed under' and 'Tagged as' and the little drawing in front of it which appear beneath everyone of my posts?

  2. My blog is

  3. This get rid of the categories and tags below the posts. You can't get rid of just the words and the icons as they are enclosed in the same CSS selector as the tags and categories themselves and do not have a separate ID or class assigned to them.

    .entry-categories, .entry-tags {
    display: none;
  4. I thought I may have found a very "hacky" way of doing this, but it fails when you have more than two tags or categories. I'm afraid it is all or nothing.

    This though will get rid of the icons:

    .entry-links .tagged {
    background: none;
    padding-left: 0;
  5. Thank you very much!!
    Only out of curiosity, what's the semi-solution when you have less than two tags or categories?

  6. Actually, I worked on this from a different angle and the following hides the text and leaves the tags and categories cleanly when there is more than one. I guess fresh mind and eyes this morning made the difference. Give this a try and see what you think. I don't see any tags on your posts right now, but I'm sure it should work for both.

    p.entry-categories {
    visibility: hidden;
    .entry-categories a {
    visibility: visible;
    position: relative;
    left: -75px;
    p.entry-tags {
    visibility: hidden;
    .entry-tags a {
    visibility: visible;
    position: relative;
    left: =75px;
  7. Thank you so much, sacredpath! ..again
    (You couldn't see any tags because I've hidden them thanks to your post above)

  8. You are welcome.
