How to get a site you do not own, removed from

    We have a client ( who we help manage their digital footprint. Recently, we uncovered that someone has created a site that is using company information and content without permission. No one from Jerry Kelly has access to this site and they suspect it might be a competitor or someone that is trying to cause trouble. The site is using the company phone number and information, claiming to be Jerry Kelly.

    The site is: We are not sure how to go about getting this site removed as communicating with anyone at seems almost impossible. Is their some claim we can file or a legal notification we can send to force an investigation and ultimately get this site revoked?

    Anyone who has experienced this or has knowledge of how to navigate this type of issue through the gate keepers and can advise, would be much appreciated.
