The blog I need help with is

  2. What is the domain name URL that you purchased please? After you make the purchase you have to act on the domain mapping set up.

As you have registered a blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog.

See here if you do not own a domain

See here if you already own a domain

Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 - 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > What's important during that stage is to be patient.

  3. P.S. I'll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  6. I have the screen shot of the error pop up. How can attach here a file?

  7. Yes. Please upload the screenshot in your Media Library and return to this thread to provide the file names for Staff.

  8. You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog's dashboard.

  9. Ok, but how is possible to recover the log-in datas? Would like to show my Paypal to the guys from WordPress.

[removed bumps as they push your thread down the queue - please be patient]

  10. Hello there,

If you take a look at the receipt, you should be able to see the username and email address associated with the blog you're trying to access, under the "Billed to" portion of the receipt. Are you able to login using that username?

If you have trouble doing so, try using our Lost Password utility.

Or if you lost access to the email address on that account, try filling out our Assisted Account Recovery form.

Someone from our team will be in touch with you and discuss thing privately.

Should you run into more problems, let me know!
