How to get same payment info on all WP upgrades

  1. My custom design upgrade is up for renewal soon and I've been asked to provide updated credit card information. Why is my up-to-date information for other upgrades not applicable to this one, so I don't have to do this several times a year for three different upgrades? Why not put same up-to-date info on all upgrades/one account? And I saw some mention of PayPal. My PayPal info is always up to date. How do I change all my WP upgrades to PayPal instead of credit card?

    Because all your upgrade purchases were made on different dates, they are seen as unique from each other by our system. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to make an adjustment to this.

    However, if you are set up for auto-renewal, and your credit card information is all current, you shouldn't have to make any manual changes or updates. Our system is only asking about this as a reminder, should you need to make credit card adjustments.

    It is through PayPal that all our credit card charges are processed. That is why you do see mention of that.

    If you're interested in the future (this is NOT a sales pitch, just wanted you to have the info), if you decide you'd like to utilize the Premium upgrade, all your individual upgrades will be gathered together and you'll only be charged once for renewal.

  3. Since all the upgrades are charged to the same account/person, it makes no sense that they can't share the same payment information. And if all your credit card charges are processed through PayPal anyway, I don't understand why you can't bill my PayPal account. And it doesn't make sense that if I opt for all your upgrades, you can roll my upgrades together (obviously requiring several of them to be prorated in some way), but if I only opt for 3 of 4, you can't.
