How to help subscriber

    I had a comment placed on one of my less used blogs. The subscriber wants to continue getting email notifications when blogs are posted and she added and using a new email address. How do I help her change the notifications to the newer email address. She is not deleting the old email address. I’ve search topics and don’t find an answer. I’m sure it’s easy but I don’t want to give her wrong information. Thanks.

    The blog I need help with is



    You have two separate email address settings at

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

    Your subscriber will have to cancel her subscription to your blog from her old email address. Then she can subscribe to your blog with her new email address.

    You won’t be able to do that yourself.
