I have 2 sentences in my blog’s tagline. I want them to appear on separate lines. Is there a code I can enter to get the new line?

The blog I need help with is lightpond.wordpress.com.

lightpondblogger, Did you ever find a solution for your tagline issue?

    Thanks, Scott K.

There is no way to put a line break in a tagline here at wordpress.COM. It would require access to and modification of the underlying theme files, and we do not have that access. This is a multi-user platform which means we all share the same underlying theme and wordpress files, and a change by one person would change it for everyone using that particular theme.

There may be a way with html, but it depends on the theme. We cannot tell without a link to the blog in question.

Html solution wouldn’t work well in your case when zooming in. What you can easily do is use an image editing application to incorporate the title and the tagline in the image itself, upload that version of the image, and click the “Hide text” option so that the standard blog title and tagline won’t show up as well.
