How to make a child theme?
-
I’m not really a coder. I’m just a blogger and this is my first time to buy my own domain and do my own coding. I’ve been reading that it’s recommended to make a child theme. I don’t know how. Can someone please help me and be patient with me to do step by step guide? Is there also a tool that I need to make a child theme?
The theme I’m using by the way is Twenty-twelve.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In blogs hosted on WordPress.com is not allowed.
Uploading a third-party or custom theme is possible only on self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software. This means that you cannot upload any themes to your WordPress.com site.

Re: http://www.momsbestumbrellastrollersreview.com/
Is not hosted here and if it was it would be suspended for violation of the terms of service
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.

I’m so sorry. I didn’t know that. Thanks for letting me know. Although just a quick question, how were you able to tell whether my site was hosted on WordPress.ORG and not .COM?

You are not hosted on WordPress.ORG, they do no hosting.
You have a site that uses the WordPress.ORG software, you are hosted on SITEGROUND.ASIA
After a few years it gets easy to tell – bit tip-off is the WordPress.COM navigation bar was missing – sometimes I will look at the page code
