I tried to as google ad-sense code on Text Widget… but while saving the code was disappear.

I have tried so many times… its not working… please help and let me know how to put google adsense in my paid blog/site…

The blog I need help with is

User advertising is, except for a couple very narrow exceptions, not allowed on wordpress.COM. For the exceptions, see the last sentence under “Affiliate marketing blogs” in the bottom set of bullet points in the “types of blogs” link below.

There will be a new WordAd feature coming in the first part of 2012 for qualified sites here. It does not allow you to pick or place your own ads though.

Also getting a domain name and mapping it here does not exempt you from the restrictions and Terms of Service here. All it does is to put your site here under your own domain name. From the domain mapping support document:

Same Rules Apply – The Domain Mapping Upgrade does not enable the permission to use advertising, any kind of prohibited code, or upload additional themes or plugins. With the upgrade, your blog will still be hosted here at, which means that you will not have FTP access to your files and you will still be required abide by our Terms of Service.

We placed google ad code… but its not allowing… its a paid blog… if the wordpress is not allowing even for this than this is not far… we have paid for what we have… than y you the wordpress not allowing these things on our won site?????

thesacredpath already answered all of your questions, and he did it superbly.

You can advertise on a self-hosted wordpress installation on a third-party hosting service like godaddy, bluehost, etc.

You cannot advertise on a wordpress.COM hosted blog. The fact that you bought a domain name is irrelevant. Your site is still hosted here at wordpress.COM, it just shows up under your own domain name.

If you are not familiar with the differences between wordpress.COM and self-hosted wordpress.ORG sites, see this support document.
