How to print/download blog

  2. Hi. If you absolutely positively want that into Microsoft Word, you can of course do copy and paste.

    You can also convert it into a PDF document using one of many tools available, such as PrintFriendly.

  4. Thanks for the advice everyone. I guess I should have been more clear. I'm trying to download the blog into a Word Document so I can have everything in one place which I can then save/edit/etc. into one long coherent story. I would cut and paste but there are over 2000 pages so that seems tedious. Is there an easy way or will I have to cut and paste individual pages?

  5. Word is a word processing program that's has code which is not web complaint. There is no means of exporting your content from your blog into a Word file. You can export your content out into an XML file. Go to Tools -> Export in your dashboard to download an XML file of your blog’s content. This format, which we call WordPress eXtended RSS or WXR, will contain your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags.
