How to see countries other than today's in this new format

Been looking; can’t find. Tried tutorials, etc. Help, please.

In order to see the country stats (and all the other stats) for a particular day in the new stats format, just click on the blue bar for the day in question. The day you click will turn orange and all the stats for that day will be reported in the sections below.
