When users request access to my private blog, I am no longer getting an email about it so I have no way of accepting them. Originally, I was getting emails asking to grant them access.
    Blog url: http://pdiemployees.wordpress.com/

The blog I need help with is pdiemployees.wordpress.com.

Please confirm your settings. You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

Also have you checked your email client spam filter?

That was helpful. I had a different email for my admin notifications that I never check. Thank you!
