Are you talking about below the leave a comment box? If so, that is there so that commenters will know what HTML codes they can use when leaving a comment. It’s there on many, if not most of the themes here at wordpress.com.
I can find no other place on your blog where there is any HTML showing.
That can be removed in most cases, but it requires the paid CSS upgrade and CSS editing experience. There is no official support here for CSS editing so if you decide to do it, it’s best to figure you are on your own. Sometimes another blogger will help out with issues posted in the forums, but that is a really hit-and-miss thing and you should not rely on it.
