HTML to WordPress – Help required please!!!

Anybody prepared to help me please?
I have previously used some of ‘easier’ packages eg Namo and Web Easy in the past but the results have been nothing special.
I was also helped to produce a website that is WordPress based and it is very good. I praise my helper not me.
Unfortunately I cannot now contact this person (not sure what has happened to them truth be told) and I am in a bit of a pickle so I am hoping someone on this Forum would be willing to help me again….

Situation I currently have a website with the following:-
    1) Produced in HTML format, I want to change this into WordPress based.
    2) I also want to dramatically change/enhance it as it is looking a little tired and it does not reflect the current situation it relates to.
(I could use some help and ideas on this if possible)
    3) Once WordPressed I want to move the ‘New’ website to a new host, which currently ‘host’ my other WordPress website. This host allows more than one website so it would be cost effective and sensible to have both sites hosted by one host.

Of course there is more and I will supply the additional info to anyone who is willing to help (or at least try)……..
