Hi there, you have two options when it comes to your Reading settings:
1. If you want your front page to display your latest blog posts, this is what your settings should look like:
2. If you don't want your posts to appear on the front page, you can select a "static page" to be displayed instead - for example a page about your organization that you could call About. If you go that route, you need to create a placeholder page for your posts (for example, called Blog), and assign your posts to that page. This is just a blank page, with the title Blog. This is what those settings might look like:
You can read more about how to set that up here:
Is there any way i can have the home page as my post page and front page too ?
I'm not quite clear on what you're trying to achieve. Could you explain a bit more about what you mean by this? What content do you want on your homepage? The homepage is the same thing as the front page.
What's not possible, is the settings you have now, namely a posts page that's selected from the dropdown menu, but no front page selected. This results in the title formatting issues you're currently seeing, with the stray dash in the browser title.
