I am having trouble changing the email on my account?

    I recently made a wordpress blog for my auntie so she could upload her work, however I did not realise that the blogs she already commented on were WordPress blogs (only requiring an email to comment, not an account). So now when she tries to post it asks her to log into her account as it remembers the email. For any normal person this would be OK but she is near computer illiterate and instead freaked out and asked me to delete it. I couldn’t delete it, so I changed the email to my email and I will now take over the blog myself… however… She still cannot comment on her blogs and is becoming increasingly frustrated. DESPITE changing the email on the account it still remembers her original email, say for this post (email redacted) and it asks her to enter a password. But entering the password only creates an error. Why is this occuring? Will it fix itself?

    We have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
