I am not receiving emails. I have gone through self-diagnosis and raised tickets. How does that work??!! I am given a ‘waiting’ ticket for 2 days then sent an email saying ‘In order to ensure that our support teams focus on the issues which still require support, all tickets are automatically closed 72 hours after the last response. Your ticket has now been marked as solved.’ – even though nothing has been resolved! I feel I am in a process-driven nightmare. I can’t get through to 123-reg on the phone. My account also says I haven’t provided tel nos – I’ve provided two! Can anybody help?
