I am not recieving my EPP or Transfer Code

    Hi,

    I have recently learnt about the difference between wordpress.com and .org and seeked help from a website guru to make the changes. She has tried to apply for the EPP/transfer code a few weeks ago and nothing is coming through. I was informed that I need a EPP/transfer code from wordpress to give to Blue Host.

    Can you help me?

    I’m more than happy to help! First let me check that you’ve seen this help article:

    Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

    You’ll need to make sure that your domain has had the Privacy removed and has been unlocked. Let me know if after doing both of those you still run in to problems and I’ll be happy to take a look!
