I’d like to map my blog to my personal URL (alexbowles.com). Your guide warms me that doing do may disrupt my email. I contacted my domain provider, and they confirmed that it 100% would.

    Here’s what they said, specifically”

“Alright, well if we change the name servers on the domain it wil definitely cause issues for your email. If they can provide you an A record or a CNAME record to point to, we can take care of that for you and that will not effect your email.”

I cannot find the information they’re asking for anywhere. InMotion Hosting says you need to provide this. Can you do that?
    Blog url: http://automap.wordpress.com/

The blog I need help with is automap.wordpress.com.

The best way to accomplish this is to map your domain to WordPress.com then add email back to your account.

If you’re not sure what to enter, ask InMotion Hosting what MX records we should use for their mail servers. Let me know their response, and I can handle getting the rest setup for you
