I cannot log into my iOS app
Yesterday my app asked me to verify my credentials, so I typed in my password & it kept asking. I deleted & reinstalled the app & now I can’t log in @ all. I changed my password, did everything I could think of, but I still can’t log in. It just says “sign in failed, please try again.”
I do almost all my blogging from my phone & I’m not happy that I can’t get in, nor that the only support for this issue is for self hosted blogs. I would like some support for this issue so I can log in.
The blog I need help with is ashmultimedia.wordpress.com.
FWIW: Mine happened similarly just an hour ago for the phone and ipad.

I’ve tried that site. It only works for self hosted blogs. I can’t even log in to inquire.
As it is a separate forum, you might need to create an account and log in there. We can’t help with the iOS app here. Good luck and best wishes.
I CAN’T EVEN REGISTER, COMES BACK THAT IT’S BLOCKED. AND A NUMBER OF FOLKS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE APP. SOMETHING HAPPENED ONN YOUR END AT THAT TIME LAST NIGHT TO CHANGE/KILL THE IOS APP. WHAT WAS IT ?
I tried creating an account, it won’t allow me to. I also still cannot log in to my app. This is really frustrating as the lack of technical support on the part of WordPress is ridiculous. I can’t register for a forum to get technical support, and most of the stuff on there only boasts for self hosted blogs.
there are other platforms but without ios apps, unfortunately. hopefully we’ll get a response here soon on at least how to log in and regster
WordPress.org and WordPress.com are completely separate. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.

If I want IOS support, why login to WordPress.Org ?
I tried registering. I was told my password would be emailed to me in a few short minutes…that was hours ago. I’ve even tried once more to register and I got the same message and no email.
So…basically, I can’t log into my app & I cannot register to get help for my app. Lovely.
Have you checked in your email client spam/junk mail filter?
Yup. It took FIVE registration attempts to get a password. I’m going to try the ios forum and hope to get this fixed.
well, my registration is locked so i can’t get in that way. and it’s nothing so simple as the spam filter. please post your solution to me at (email redacted) as I doubt they’ll continue to let us post here and I’m in the same boat as you
