I cannot think of anything to post

  1. I cannot think of new material for my blog it's so hard. My mind is a blank.

Can anyone suggest new material you would like to see or should be included.

The blog I need help with is

  2. ferrets... I always liked ferrets...

  3. dribblingpensioner

thank you for the comment, it would not do much in my blog :)

  4. Really? Because I really like ferrets....

  5. Really? Because I really like ferrets....

  6. Have you tried using Plinky prompts? It takes some looking before you find something that clicks, but I've used it a couple of times.

Um, which blog are you blanking on? Handyman? If so, how to keep ferrets out of garbage cans, flower beds, birdfeeders, the attic?

Of course, this would make more sense with something like squirrels, armadillos, raccoons, or opposum, but if HB wants ferrets....

  7. dribblingpensioner

it's for the handyman, i have plenty for the pensioner, i have seen plinky mentioned before i'll try it thank you.

All the ferrets have been killed off over here as they are to much trouble, and the grey squirrel's are next on the list, the red squirrel's are ok they can live.

armadillos, raccoons, or posum, no such animal's over here must be to cold for them :)

  8. Not too cold for raccoons or possum... both (especially raccoons) do well in cold clients... definately too cold for armadillos... Did I mention I love critters?

  9. If you don't have any ideas, then why feel the pressure to post? Quality of material is surely better than quantity.

  10. dribblingpensioner

I feel i still have to post as i alway's did post every 6 - 8 day's. Quality of material is no prblem, just my mind is blank :) it's not this blog it's the one at the top.

  11. Post about how to take out stripped camera screws!

  12. Do you have any suggestions for some kind of heat reflecting material for roofs? Can't afford to replace the roof, but it heats up like an oven in this house. Spraying the roof with water helps but is not at all practical.

  13. dribblingpensioner

I do and i will help, if you don't mind posting a question below, i don't want to start asking a lot here.

  14. Sure, but where exactly do I post that question? I wasn't sure if you wanted in the forum or somewhere else. Let me know and I'll gladly oblige.

  15. A handyman that has a mind that goes blank... could be kinda funny.

  16. It's summer so maybe you could focus on decks, patios, garden gazebos, privacy fencing, etc.

  17. dribblingpensioner

@momfog, i did i left a link, ok now your fixed up :)

    @gigisanchez, i'm getting a lot older maybe that's it.

@TT, i have a lot of that covered but i'll have a look around some site's for some idea's.

  18. You could always consider reposting previous summer articles with updates on new products or technologies. New decking stains perhaps? I don't know, but new things come out all the time.

Winter down under, by the way! LOL

  19. dribblingpensioner

i'll have a look at that thank's, also you could look at my post's " how to stop pipe's freezing " :)

  20. We don't get THAT cold! ROTFLMAO - although given the number of showers my kids have, if the pipes DID freeze, I'd be leaving them that way!

  21. I second what Momfog said about Plinky prompts. It's a springboard to a world of new topics. Highly recommended.

  22. I listen to music to get topics.. :D

But my situation is kind of pathetic.. I usually will have a lot of topics on my head.. on any given day.. Just that I don't sit and write.. :(

  23. dribblingpensioner

I must try plinky prompts to-night

  24. The best way to come up with topics is to read other blogs, magazines, newspapers, or books. Even if it's something you heartily disagree with, you could write a blog post explaining why you oppose the ideas you read.

There's a lot more in the library than there is in any one person's head. Make use of it.

  25. you could always demolish your entire house and put it back together again ;)

  26. dribblingpensioner

@necrotichijinks, yes i have been to a few DIY site's and think i have found a few thing's to work on.

@noirciplume, or remove the site and start again :)
