I did a search for erotic blogs on and mine isn't showing, why?

I write an erotic blog on and I found others but not mine.
I did this because I'm trying to figure out why my stats dropped off from 2,000 views a day to just 100 in the last 5 days. I don't think it has anything to do with my subject matter, I think there is something wrong with wordpress and my blog, making it hard for anyone to find my posts/blog.

I am getting a bit frustrated because I can't seem to resolve this problem. Any suggestions or ideas would be great.

    Thank you.

  2. That would be because of what I posted into the first thread you created. All reasons for non-appearance of posts on Topics (categories and tags) pages can be found here >

    3. Your blog is mature or offensive. If you regularly post material that is offensive, not safe for work, or not suitable for minors, we might have flagged your blog as mature. Mature blogs are not included in the tag listings.

Thanks timethief for getting back to me.

If my blog was marked as mature with it not searchable then why can I find other erotic blogs, including nudity when searching "erotic blogs" on wordpress. Why would mine be marked mature or inappropriate but others that are more explicit can be found?

  4. Perhaps they haven't been reported yet. I'll attend to that right now.

Well considering I followed all the guidelines prior to posting my blog, I don't feel that it is fair that I am singled out. But I don't want others to suffer because WordPress won't allow people to search your site for blogs that may be considered inappropriate due to subject matter. I may just move my blog to another host so I can post and not worry about being reported as "mature" or inappropriate.

    Thanks for your assistance.

  6. There's nothing stopping you from reporting any blogs that have not been reported yet so go for it! Report them.
