  2. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    NOTE: All billing history is at Dashboard > Store > Billing History provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    I tried to cancel my automatic renwal with paypal but it was too late and they processed the payment for
    I cannot find > store > billing history in dashboard
    How do i get a refund

  4. Likewise: I registered my domain yesterday. Nothing has happened, and the domain name is listed as 'still available', although all payments have been processed and show up on my billing history. What do I do next? How long is it supposed to take?
