I get a "server not found" error on my mapped subdomain

The WP diagnostic tool confirms that the CNAME is set correctly, and traffic is being redirected to my WordPress blog correctly. But I get a “Server Not Found” error about 90% of the time.

I have received complaints from friends/clients also that the blog URL is not working. In many cases, I cannot view published pages linked from within the WP publishing tool — making it impossible to update the blog.

    The original URL: Vientreenalquiler.wordpress.com
    the mapped domain: blog.SensibleSurrogacy.com
    Blog url: http://vientreenalquiler.wordpress.com/

The blog I need help with is blog.sensiblesurrogacy.com.

I’ve temporarily reset vientreenalquiler.wordpress.com as your primary domain under Store > Domains until this gets sorted out.

We’ve run some tests and it looks like only one of your domain name servers is correctly resolving.

    dig +short CNAME blog.sensiblesurrogacy.com @ns1.webstarts.com - works
    dig +short CNAME blog.sensiblesurrogacy.com @ns2.webstarts.com - doesn't work

We suggest you contact your provider and have them investigate further to fix the issue. Once it’s working, you can reset your primary domain.
