Hi, I have the the same issue. A charge of USD30 was charged into my credit card from wpchrg.com on 19 Jul 2014 which i did not remember subscribed to it.
I actually had the intention to delete off my personal blog. Anyone be able to assist me in tracing the charge?
I can see that the $30 charge was for a renewal of a Custom Design upgrade in your “notfordumbbells.wordpress.com” blog. You can view the receipt for it in Store -> Billing History in your blog’s admin panel:

I have two worspress accounts, one for my classroom and one I made for my wedding this year. I’m no longer using the wedding one and would like a refund for the charge. I would also like to delete that particular site. How do I do that? I would like to keep my school one, however.
The majority of refunds can be made within 30 days of purchase. Some refunds are only available for 48 hour (domain purchases) after purchase.
If you wish to initiate a refund, you can do so from your site’s Dashboard, under “My Upgrades”. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
You do need to be logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade.
Once you finalize the refund, you can permanently delete your site by following these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
A word of caution: Once deleted, the site, its address and content can never be recovered or reused, even by you. Rather than delete the site, I wholeheartedly recommend making the site Private under the Site Privacy Settings and using it for testing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

Two weeks ago you signed up for a free trial of our WordPress.com Premium bundle. The two week trial ended today, and your card was charged for it. If you like, you can cancel it by logging in to your account’s Dashboard and then go to Store >> My Upgrades. You can see a cancel/refund link right there.

CONCERN about Something odd going on with Paypal and WordPress. I renewed my domain mapping and the receipt showed the credit card charge and a paypal reference (not sure why because I used a credit card and I NEVER use paypal). My wordpress account shows a $13 receipt. My credit card shows WordPress charge.
The next day there was another attempted transaction for WordPress account (for the identical domain mapping) and a receipt issued for $0.
I don’t understand this unauthorized Pay Pal attempt.
A few days later PayPal attempted small charge against my credit card and I was receiving calls from the fraud unit at my credit card company. We had to cancel that card and are now waiting for a reissue. I am VERY concerned about why PayPal was involved in any of this — I paid by credit card, and that same credit card ended up with unauthorized attempted charges by PayPal a few days later. This seems very suspect to me, given that I don’t shop with PayPal. Since WordPress receipt showed a PayPal reference (even though I paid with credit card), I see no answer but that PayPal itself attempted an additional transaction on my credit card.
I have tried to send an inquiry to WordPress but it lock up and wont’ send. I think the fraud unit needs to investigate this unauthorized activity.

If you see a $0 transaction on your card, that is most likely a payment authorization — that’s used to make sure the actual renewal payment will go through. I see that you have two different domain mapping upgrades that renewed about a week apart, which may be why you saw those transactions one after the other.
