I just paid for a guided transfer and I'm not getting any feedback from anyone.

  1. I paid for a guided transfer and received this message in my in box:

    Tuesday, November 4th, 2012??? TODAY IS NOV. 29TH 2012!
    I replied with an email that my web host is and I want to know if you can still help me. I have not received a reply yet. If this was just an automated response, I need to know weather or not you can help me, if not, how will I be refunded?

    I'm sorry, our Guided Transfer is only available for HostGator, Bluehost, GoDaddy, and DreamHost. We unfortunately do not offer the transfer to other hosts.

    I can cancel your transfer and refund your account - please let me know.
