I lost my paid account password and I wish to unsubscribe!

    I had a company email account with WordPress which was charged to my credit card. However, I have left the company and did not end the subscription, which was charged to my credit card recently 09 Aug 2012 WP-FEE.COM 8772733049 CA USD 30.00

    Can someone from the WordPress support team please help? Am seeking an end to the subscription and refund.

    Please provide an active link starting with http:// to the blog this refers to. You can disable auto-renew in your dashboard. Click “Store” and then click for example “Domains” and on the page locate the “Disable Auto Renew” link and click it.

    I managed to track that my username for the blog was ‘tripadvisorsg’. However, I would not be able to re-activate my password through email as this work email has likely ceased then and I am unable to access anyway =(

    You’ll need access to that email address to either recover the password or have us set a new one for you.

    Can you get them to reactivate the email address?

    Alternatively, if you have your account’s API key, I can send a new password to your current email address.

    Almost forgot, if you have a transaction ID from any WordPress.com receipt, I can send a new password to your current email address.
